Six Easy Steps to the Sellers Closing Process
Step 1 :
Purchase Agreement is signed by all parties.
Step 2 :
Closing date and time are scheduled.
Step 3 :
Closer obtains the title documents association information and payoff figures for current mortgages. The title commitment is reviewed.
Step 4 :
Closer drafts seller documents and sends preliminary HUD to buyer’s closer, listing agent, and seller.
Step 5 :
Closing is conducted, seller and agent receive copies of closing documents.
Step 6 :
Buyer’s title company disburses all funds and submits the deed to the county for recording.
